Chef Daniel Estriga who created Conceito restaurant – a reference in Cascais fine dinning scene – 12 years ago, is the gastronomic director. With more than 17 years of experience in Portugal and abroad, he designed together with Chef Carlos Nunes, a menu with influences from all over the world and a new take on Portuguese classics.
There is a strong commitment with sustainability, around 90% of production made from scratch and using each product as a whole.
